These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 33kbd ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 33kbd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform. Continued use of 33kbd after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

33kbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full features of 33kbd, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes. The following conditions apply to your account:

• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately.
• 33kbd reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage. Documents required may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months may be marked as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable inactivity fees, will be communicated in advance.

33kbd reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being obligated to provide a reason for such refusal.

Deposits

All transactions on 33kbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. These limits are subject to change with prior notice.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in account suspension.
• 33kbd processes deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Processing times vary by method. Deposits made via mobile financial services are typically credited instantly.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are stated on the withdrawal page within your account. Withdrawals that do not meet the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• 33kbd processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the payments page. Delays may occur if KYC documentation has not been submitted or if a withdrawal is flagged for security review.

33kbd may offer bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

All content on the 33kbd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of 33kbd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of any content from this platform is strictly prohibited.

The 33kbd name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of 33kbd. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of 33kbd. All other trademarks appearing on this platform are the property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33kbd and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

33kbd does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the security and reliability of the platform, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

33kbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the platform. Where changes are material, 33kbd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].
